CivvieBot is a Discord bot that generates webhooks for use with Civilization 6 Play By Cloud games. CivvieBot uses the messages Civilization 6 sends it to log, track, and ping those games in Discord. It can also maintain links between tracked players and Discord users for direct pinging.
Use this invitation link to add CivvieBot to your server. You'll likely want to make changes to the command group permissions as well.
"Read Messages" and "View Channels" are actually wrapped up in the same permission which, unfortunately, isn't communicated when it asks in the invite link. CivvieBot doesn't ever read any messages in channels; it just needs to know how to move games between channels and see who's in a channel to link them to players.
